Prisme Libre Loose Setting & Finishing Powder - New Formula

Nope.

I have oily skin, I look for a powder that sets everything and stays matte- this gets one star because it does the bare minimum of setting- within 30 minutes of doing my makeup I look shiny already- it’s not enough. Also mildly frustrated by the way that the colors don’t come out of the packaging equally- a ton of blue comes out and nearly no pink

The new formula is a disappointment

The old formula was so good! It was matte but not drying and had amazing color correcting. The new formula leaves an oily sheen and makes you look porous and greasy and does nothing for color correcting. So disappointed as this was my favorite loose setting powder.

It’s alright

Ive been using this powder for a few weeks and I have a few thought about it. The packaging is very nice as you would expect from a luxury brand. Funnily enough the lid is actually kind of annoying and to screw back on because mine wants to go on crooked every time. I noticed the first time that I used it that it was scented which I wasn’t expecting. I don’t tend to have issues with scents in my cosmetics but I know that can be a big issue for others with more sensitive skin than mine. It looks nice enough going on and the longevity is average on my combination oily skin but would I say this is holy grail over the powders I already use? No, I wouldn’t. I’ll stick with my KVD and Hourglass powders.

Awful. Bring back the old formula!

Awful. Bring the old formula back! Foundation creases, feels sticky, pores on display, doesn’t set, but somehow still makes you look dry? Worst powder ever. I used the old formula for 5+ years. So disappointed

Luxury feel!

Received in exchange for review. Givenchy Mini Prisme Libre delivers a flawless finish every time. This powder is ultra-fine and blends so well. Its has a light feel while giving solid coverage. The coverage is great for hiding imperfections while maintaining skins glow. The multi-tones allow you to customize your look to your skin day to day. The packaging is top line. Very nice quality, sheer and travels well. Overall, this powder is high quality and has a very top end feel to it. It provides great coverage and is worth the cost.

Sets and Color Corrects!

I love that I got this package right as I needed some new setting powder. This stuff is amazing. It does such a great job with color correction and mattefying my face after I put on my makeup. You don't need a lot either. I do prefer using my own brush instead of the tiny poof they give you.

I love the packaging and branding of this powder, it’s so cute and feels luxurious. I will say the reformulated product does have a noticeable sheen to it compared to the original, but I don’t entirely mind it. All in all, I think this is a good product and sets my concealer nicely with minimal creasing.

Easy to use and the perfect compact size. I like the small applicator it comes with. Little to no scent which I like and the coverage and finish is beautiful

An amazing powder!

This powder is so amazing at making your face poreless and flawless! It is so finally milled and glides over any texture without emphasizing it. The packaging is a 10 out of 10 and what I would expect from a luxury brand.

Finely milled color correcting powder

This powder is so luxurious. I love the finely milled texture of the powder. I wear it on no makeup makeup days and it helps even out some of the redness in my skin. I really like the packaging but it is a little small.
