Best oil cleanser ever used
This is a staple in my skin care routine I have tried so many oil cleansers and this is always a repurchase! It melts my makeup off in seconds and never leaves anything behind the texture is not too thick but not too thin has a mild scent but very calming. I will always buy this until the day I die.

No match for waterproof mascara
At the end of the day, I want my cleansing oil to easily melt my sun screen and makeup. To be fair, this oil did a good job of taking off my layers of tinted moisturizer, bronzer, blush, powder, concealer, eyeshadow, etc. It left my skin feeling soft and not too dry. However it barely took off any of my Urban decay waterproof perversion mascara. I'm extremely disappointed. The product also made my eyes sting, possibly from the strong fragrance.

Softer, Cleaner, Clearer Skin
I've been using the mini every day since June at my facialist's recommendation. A little goes a long way if you use it correctly, a few drops in my palm and I rub it around my face until all my makeup has loosened and the oil emulsifies, then wash with a gentle cleanser and rinse. My skin glows, has less congestion and is clear. I will purchase the full size next.

A must have!
This is my first time using a pre-cleansing oil. I purchased the mini kit to try it out and I am blown away by the results! My skin has a nice glow to it after only one use of the kit. I have combination skin prone to acne etc. DEFINITELY investing in the full size.

Just fine; strong scent
I have oily, acne-prone skin and don't wear makeup. I purchased this because I was interested in adding an oil cleanser to my skincare routine. I used it every evening for a few weeks as the first step of my routine. I applied a few drops to dry skin and massaged it in. Then I added water and continued massaging, finally rinsing it off and following with a gel cleanser. I bought the mini which is a nice tester size, I got a few weeks out of half the bottle before I stopped using it. I thought it was okay. It cleanses well without drying, but I find my gel cleanser works perfectly on its own and this product doesn't add anything to my cleansing step. It also has a strong citrusy-floral scent which I don't like. If you're avoiding strong fragrances, avoid this item. I think we should leave the fragrance to incense, perfume, etc. I won't be repurchasing.

this saved my skin. i have combination, acne prone skin. ive seen less pimples on my face after using this. although the 30ml one does last very long and its quite expensive for just 30ml. if you have the money, get it.

Not for me :(
I have always been weary of oil cleansers because I struggle with adult acne but I kept hearing people rave about them and how you should use them to remove makeup and then follow up with another cleanser, so I decided to give this a try since it has so many great reviews. I do like the smell of it, and it feels good on my face, however it does not remove mascara, which is annoying. Also, my acne seems to have gotten worse since starting to use this over a month ago. Disappointing as I know Dermalogica is a trusted brand and I really wanted to like this :(

Solid choice for oil precleanse
I really like this oil precleanse when I double cleanse on make up days. It’s very gentle, it doesn’t break my skin out and it takes all of my make up. I use it on dry skin then get my hands wet AFTER I rubbed it on dry skin, use my wet hands to emulsify it and rinse. Then I go on with my second wash and regimen. The only thing that I do not like is the smell, but it’s not enough to make me not love this product

Excellent Quality but Too Expensive
This product works great. It smoothed my skin and helped control my occasional breakouts. However, the price is unsustainable and I’ve had to switch to a new precleanser because I can’t afford it anymore

Do not try this product for acne!!!!!
If you have acne prone skin and are looking for an oil cleanser take this as a sign to PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE NOT TRY THIS. I started using this product and it immediately broke me out, I kept up the use for a month thinking my skin needed to adjust and it has DESTROYED my skin. Before I had occasional cystic breakout on my T zone and the product did not help with this. Instead I am left with closed comedones all over my chin and T zone that are turning into painful inflamed breakouts. Unless you want to spend months clearing your skin and purging with the use of actives this product is not worthwhile.

I love this stuff! My allergy meds are drying my skin out so this oil based precleanser is helping to manage the dryness and avoid ashiness. Also helps to remove makeup.

Precleanse Cleansing Oil
Oil pulling to get rid of blackheads
Gets rid of blackheads! I use this for oil pulling to get rid of blackheads and sebaceous filaments on my nose. First, I put a warm washcloth over my face for a few minutes to open up my pores. Then I gently massage the product into my t-zone for about 5 minutes, focusing on my nose as that’s where I get a lot of blackheads. Then I rinse it off, cleanse, and finish with a BHA toner to tighten up my pores.
