No stars
This smells DISGUSTING. Like a rusty nail, metallic. As others have mentioned it has a silicon base, so it feels very smooth, but just sits on top of your skin.

My must have Vit C!
I have tried many Vic C serums and my skin likes this one the best. I love that it is in a pump so that it doesn’t oxidize and ruin the product. Also love that it contains hyaluronic acid. It has the consistency of a moisturizer and layers well under makeup!

Soothing Vitamin C serum
It's too early to tell the results but the serum feels very soothing on my skin. I expect I'll be buying again.

I love this product!! I use it daily, now that my skin has built a tolerance. I love that it is a cream and not a serum. High percentage of vitamin C. As I am rubbing in my skin, I can see my wrinkles disappear. I have sensitive skin and this has helped immensely. .

Replaced All My Other Serums
I tried this in a sample as I have a lot of allergies. I have very oily skin and I'm aging at 51 years old. This has replaced all my other serums, day and night. It has helped clear my oily skin, has stopped my wrinkles, and works well with my cleanser and moisturizer. I have bought in full size several times and will continue to purchase because it works so darn well for me.

Brilliant for under-eye circles
I'd found that Keihl's powerful vitamin C eye cream was the only thing that alleviated my dark undereye circles--until I realized that this product was almost nearly as effective and a significantly better value. I use AHAs but no retinols and have acne-prone, moderately sensitive skin (reacts to some stuff, not to others) and have never had any issues with this product.

Not my favorite
I really didn’t like this product. It’s called a serum but it’s a cream with a silicone (I think) base. It didn’t play nice with my other skin care or makeup. not what I was expecting for a Vit C serum

Not for me
Just finished a 50ml bottle and will not repurchase. I do appreciate the consistency of this product. I like that it’s more of a dimethicone cream than liquid serum. However, it unfortunately makes my face very oily, no matter what I wear it with. I really can’t wear it during the day or my face looks wet with oil within an hour or so after applying. I ended up using up the last half of the bottle on my neck.

Noticeably improves dullness, wrinkles, texture
I just purchased my second bottle and I love it. It's very hydrating and I notice a difference if I skip it. I do have sensitive skin and am prone to acne, but I never experienced any irritation or outbreaks like others have. I also don't feel the smell is that strong? All I can say is, if you're on the fence and have the opportunity to grab a sample give it a try. If you aren't one of those who find it irritating, it's likely going to be life cha going for you.

Sensitive or reactive skin? Don’t bother…
I bought this because it contains Ascorbic acid (the active type of Vitamin C) and another fairly potent inactive form of Vitamin C together. I have a bit of a problem with uneven skin-tone so I thought this serum would be a good choice. It hasn’t worked out so well though. I have to cycle this product or else I get persistent red, angry, irritated wkin. I bought the super size so I am not going to quit and just throw all that money away so I will stick to using it every 3 days mixed with another more bland moisturizer and only once a day at that. If you have even slightly sensitive or reactive skin, I do NOT recommend this serum. I will use it up and then probably buy a Vitamin C from The Ordinary to maintain any improvements in pigmentation. I will not be repurchasing this serum.

My Skin Has Never Looked Better
My mother recently said my skin has never looked better, and I attribute that in large part to this product. I've been using it for about 2 years, twice a day.

Caused major breakouts
At first, I liked this product because it went on very smooth. However, after using it for 2-3 days my skin has broken out with several small and large whiteheads and I haven't had acne in years. SO disappointed with this product and still working to restore my skin back to normal after a few days of stopping the Keihl's product.

Powerful-Strength Line-Reducing Vitamin C Serum
Wanted to love it.
I actually received a few of these samples from the Keihl's store. When she gave me a sample on my hand and I rubbed it in, it felt really really great. so she gave me a few packets to sample so I have used it for the last few days, but I couldn't believe how oily it felt, it was smooth and nice at first.. When trying to wash it off my hands it literally was like an oily film that wouldn't come off. When I came here to read some of the reviews on the product because at first I thought I might buy it everyone talked about the main ingredient being a silicone Dimethicone and that made sense as to why it felt like a film on my hands and my face. The product doesn't actually sink into your skin, it just sits on top. It does make it feel super smooth at first but it leaves my skin tacky and actually it doesn't go away. Unfortunately I will not purchase it... I want a product that soaks into my skin regardless of the type of product, cream or serum. This product is more of a cream. Disappointing, considering the cost of it.
