Description
Marfa. A destination with a unique destiny. Its bottle emblazoned with a wide-open eye provides the first clue. Deep in the Texas, Marfa beckons the eye and holds its gaze. Marfa has a power of attraction like no other, like the tuberose Absolute: a bewitching, lingering, unforgettable flower. Marfa evokes the singular nature of this white-hot land.

Memo Paris was founded in 2007 by Clara Molloy and her husband John. They see fragrance as a journey, forging its identity around magical destinations and potent raw materials. This desire for travels to far-off places and encounters is the very reflection of the founding couples: she the Parisian-Catalan poet, he the sporty Irish globetrotter. Both have explored the world of perfume to produce a collection of scents based on places they have visited and loved: Ethiopia, Bhutan, Indonesia and Russia, amongst others. Each evokes a different memory and is ideal for those wanting to carry the world with them, wherever they may go. Through four collections, Memo recharts the map of a sensory world steeped in emotion, revisited with fragrances, ingredients and sensations. The motto: ‘The journey is the destination’.

Marfa Eau de Parfum
Beautiful, elegant, casual, mature.
Beautiful and warm but a little too mature for me, as most tuberose scents are. Also, can remind me of a play-doh scent as it changes with time, which Im personally not fond of. Aside from this, its pretty, and I may add this to my collection later in life. Its a good scent for something casual like museum, walking around in the mall, book store & coffee date. Not sexy enough to wear to dinner and not fresh enough to wear to an activity that involves much sweating and adventure.
