Holy grail eye powder

Locks in my Shape Tape and blurs under eye creases. I love that it has an applicator, so I don't need to carry around a brush. NOTE ON COLORS: I have very pale skin. I use lavender *only* in mid-winter; in all other seasons it will leave a gray cast. I also find I need to use an under eye brightener putty in addition to Shape Tape whenever I use lavender. I use pink in all other seasons (spring/summer/fall), and don't need the brightener: just Shape Tape and powder!
