I’ve used this gel eyeliner for over 10 years, it is my absolute favorite. Forrest Shimmer Ink was my go-to until they discontinued that color. Still love the chocolate shimmer ink. It has a very subtle shimmer and is a beautiful color.

The only liner that will stay in my waterline!

This was recommended to me by shonagh scott (an mua utuber) when i needed something for my waterline. It worked like a charm. My waterline waters often so i was having issies keeping anything there. But this actually did last me all day. Just make sure you keep the pot closed when not in use and as fast as possible as it will dry out if u dont. And its not cheap so u really do want it to last!

not for me

Not really impressed. The color is not black enough on my skin, it appears more black gray. I've heard good things and decided to try it because my drug store brand discontinued. Not the best color payoff or staying power for the price point.

This product is very easy to apply and lasts along time after each usage. Love it.

Great liner!

This liner was recommended to me years ago by a BB beauty advisor. Usually I use a pencil liner. I use this liner when I know I’m going to have a long day. It’s the perfect shade for me not too black or brown and it stays put. Hope they continue to keep this product in the line.

Wanted to love, but I get smudge raccoon eyes

It's not smudge proof It's expensive It applies easily, but I need to apply liquid liner to have it set and smudge less

Dry, grainy, and unspreadable

Huge disappointment. The texture is far from gel and closer to baking flour. Even mixing it with a little liquid makeup remover didn't make it spreadable.

Love

I own this in espresso brown and black. I love the brown gel liner as it glides beautifully. Espresso brown makes my eyes softer. I don’t recommend black. Gets dry fast.

HARD PASS!!

I use to buy this for years. Once the brand was sold and it was reformulated it has lost its color payoff and staying power. So sad, don’t buy such a waste of money. More of a grey, DON’T BUY!!

Best eyeliner for oily eyelids! It has staying power! No other pencil works as well. I have it in two colors. It does dry out over a long time if you dont use it a lot and keep pot lid open too long.

Disappointing

Returned. Too expensive. Smudged and was not long lasting. Tried setting it with black eyeshadow even. I wore it to the office and by noon I looked like I had rolled out of bed with yesterday’s makeup on.

Goes on smooth and doesn’t budge all day! Love the color and would definitely buy again.
