dried my lips

I was excited to try this lipstick for the first time, but unfortunately, it didn’t meet my expectations. While the color was lovely, the formula dried out my lips quickly, making it uncomfortable to wear. I’d consider returning it, but the return process seems too complicated to bother with.

Very disappointed

I bought a Joli Rouge Velvet, which is inconsistent with the color I saw online. The lipstick is also very dry. I am very disappointed in this product because it differs from what I expected from Clarins. I am a long-time customer and will be cautious before ordering a pricey product in the future.

Le rouge parfait que je cherchais

Exactement le rouge que je recherchais. Il est crèmeux à l’application, puis se fond dans les lèvres pour laisser un fini mat velours qui dure. Il ne tache pas les dents comme beaucoup d’autres et n’assèche pas mes lèvres. Je l’adore. Un must dans mon sac à main!

Not as dark as I wanted, as it seemed online. I also wasn't pleased that it didn't stay on my lips longer than a few hours. Soft feel to lips but again, not as dark as I wanted.

Great pigmentation - Papaya ..Texture a let down..

Really love the colour - pigmentation great. It’s a beautiful lipstick I was happy to add to my Clarins collection. The only downside is the somewhat grainy texture it had - I applied some Clarins Lip Comfort Oil and to be honest it did the trick … Overall worth the buy :) hoping it has all the benefits of the other Clarins lipstick ranges

Best Red Lipstick Ever

I've worn red lipstick for about 30 years (Tom Ford, YSL, Mac, Bobbi Brown, NARS, Charlotte Tillsbury), and honestly, this is the best red I have ever tried. I ordered 2 in case it goes out of production. Its the perfect red and a great texture - I always get compliments on it. Thank you, Clarins!
