Totally Delivered

Normally my hair is isn’t so frizzy but in the summer, especially if I go on a tropical vacation, my hair gets so crazy frizzy and poufy So that’s why I tried this shampoo in the first place and it totally delivered!! 10 out of 10

Not for thick curly hair

Contrary to what the product claims, this shampoo is not for curly and thick hair, even worse if color treated. This makes your hair so dryyy, goodluck untangling your hair in the shower even with a mask or conditionner in it. I much prefer the Pureology smooth shampoo in the red bottle.

Love how milky the texture of this shampoo is. Not only does it feel hydrating to the hair but it really works through the hair making it feel healthy! I highly recommend this product for someone with very dry hair!

Truly a holy grail for thick, coarse hair

I have thick, frizzy, wavy hair that has always been difficult to manage. Some of it is coarse, and there are at least three curl patterns. I've tried other smoothing shampoos and conditioners, and while they've handled my frizz, they've weighed down my hair or not made much of a difference. This is the first brand that has actually delivered - it softens and smooths my coarser hair, and makes my waves light and bouncy without drying them out. I need fewer styling products to make my hair do what I want (currently just the JVN air dry cream, where I used to need a curl cream, and a gel, and a spray). The price is pretty steep, but the shampoo is really concentrated, so I just need a tiny bit, even for the amount of hair I have, so I hope the bottle will last a long time.

Virtue has a lot of amazing products and I am so happy I got this! The shampoo works wonders for my hair and I love it. I have pretty frizzy wavy hair and it makes my hair end up looking incredible. Love it!

Love this formula on my frizzy curly hair!

I have very curly hair and I noticed that this shampoo does a nice job cleaning my hair while also calming the frizz and tangles. I love how this shampoo is sulfate free and comes in recyclable packaging. Smells lovely too!!

Perfect for summertime!

Virtue smooth shampoo worked really well with my hair, especially from someone who struggles with frizzy-ness. I noticed the top of my scalp is not as frizzy while using this. This will be my go to shampoo for summer time!

Not great for my thin hair

This shampoo by Virtue Labs smells nice and has a nice lather to it. It may have made my strands a bit smoother but to be honest, I hated the way it made my hair feel. It left a gross feeling coat on my fine thin strands. I take night showers and my hair was already greasy on the first full day after washing. It may work well for drier or thicker strands but it wasn’t a good fit for me. I should’ve looked closer at the description.
