Itchy scalp

I have tried this a few times now, and every time I use it, it makes my scalp really itchy. There’s way too much perfume in it. It even made my hair get dandruff, and I’m not prone to dandruff

Highly recommend this premium product range

I bought the full Premiere range as an attempt to revive my very damaged bleached hair. I did get a hefty trim of the ends and have used the range a total of 3 times so far. I have 2B curls/waves, thin but a lot of it, very porous and frizzy. I do feel the need to heat style my hair smooth and that is where I have really seen the difference. It is shiny, soft and smooth already and not like my old straw bird's nest it previously was. Highly recommend the range or even part of the range of your budget allows it. So far I have found it really good value for what it has achieved with my hair. This was my last stop before a pixie cut.

Incredible

This is the best shampoo I’ve ever used on my long, colour treated hair. My hair feels super clean yet amazingly soft after using this.

Disappointing :(

I am a hardcore Kerastase lover. My hair is bleached and toned platinum blonde every 6 weeks, super fine, and long. I have loved the different Kerastase lines for dry hair, damaged, blonde, fine, etc. I have used them ALL. This line was a disappointment however. I bought the treatment, shampoo and conditioner with my own money, and returned the whole lot. My hair felt dry, fuzzy and limp after using the whole line 3 times. Returned!

Not for me....

I love fragrance in my products but wow this stuff is way too much. I could barely breathe while showering. Also didn't really leave my hair feeling hydrated at all. I ended up returning the shampoo and conditioner. Pretty disappointed considering how pricey their products are. Didn't see results using the line.

This shampoo and conditioner line is amazing if you have hard water. I use it once or twice a week and my hair is so soft and manageable now. I have very fine thin hair and it's not a heavy product.

Terrible product!! Incredibly drying to your hair

This overpriced shampoo & conditioner are terrible, if you have bleached hair that’s prone to being dry DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT it leaves your hair extremely dry, brittle and dull. Had to use so much hair oil afterwards my hair needed washing again the following day.

not Sulfate free

Not a Sulfate free. actually unlike the photo on a site it does not say Sulfate free and there are Sodium Laurete in ingredient list. I am extremely allergic to this ingredient and it is generally not healthy for your scalp. Very dissappointed with sephora...

Dries and tangles hair

Makes the hair rough and feel straw like . I don’t mind the fragrance it’s nice but I don’t know why it dries and tangles hair out

Fades Hair

The scent is ….. interesting. I would pass if you are scent sensitive or dislike heavily floral notes. The concept of this is the EXACT same as L’Oréal Metal Detox. MD works better and doesn’t fade the hair.

Leave your hair clean and healthy

I like, but I didn’t see a big results using only, but when I use the complete kit it works very well, also I like the smell.
