Apply Master Blade™ Brow Pencil to the outer half of the brow. Brush the hairs downward with the spoolie, then use the slanted edge of the pencil to define and elongate. Brush and feather the inner corner of the brows upward, then use the tip of the pencil to create light, hair-like strokes at a 45 angle for a super-natural effect. Worst Eyebrow Pencil Ever

I'm so sad to write this review as I was hoping that this would be my brow pencil to go for the long term. It's extremely dry, very hard to apply, and because of its dryness it's impossible to draw hairs. I used to use KVD brow wiz but unfourtunelty they stopped production and now I'm out looking for new product and this is the first and last time I'm buying it!
