Great Shampoo, But the Cap Needs Improvement

I’ve been using the Kérastase Nutritive Hydrating Shampoo for Medium to Thick Dry Hair, and it’s been a fantastic addition to my hair care routine. The shampoo leaves my hair feeling soft, hydrated, and much more manageable. It’s definitely worth the investment for its quality. However, the packaging could use some serious improvement, particularly the cap. Like many Kérastase products, the cap is difficult to unscrew and screw back on, which is frustrating when you’re in the shower and trying to use the product efficiently. Given the premium price point, I really think Kérastase should consider redesigning their caps to be more user-friendly. It’s a small detail, but it does make a difference in the overall experience.

Worst Product Ever

Worst product ever, left my hair dry , brittle after very wash. Got too much hair-fall after using this product. Not worth the amount of money you pay for this product

went through an entire bottle and I love this stuff!! my hair does feel “dry” after washing, like stringy and tangly; but, after you put the conditioner in, it leaves your hair so soft! love it

Amazing!

I have colour treated hair and while its about to go, I got this product and its amazing! Im definitely going to repurchase the bigger size. Its made my hair super soft and silky and gotten rid of my dry hair. I pair this with the kerestase oil and its amazing

Hair feels super soft and shiny. Only need a small amount, hair feels and looks hydrated and soft. This brand my go to shampoo and never lets me down, you do pay for the quality of the product

Not impressive my hair just felt dry after I’m just gonna stick with my pureology hydrate shampoo and conditioner and metastases premier line

Amazing shampoo for dry hair

This product has made my hair feel incredibly soft and hydrated even before putting conditioner in my hair. I’ve always had naturally wavy long dry hair and with foils aswell makes my hair always dry and can never get enough moisture however with this product I can feel a huge difference already only after a few times of using this. Don’t need much of this shampoo so it will last quite a while.

Just as it says, it does hydrates very well & leave the hair completely nourished.

niacinamide should not be in hair products

changed formula. I loved the OG, but this one makes my hair even more dry, and the conditioner makes my hair feel like straw ! I also noticed my scalp getting more oily but also itchy from the product .
