Easy Bake Loose Baking & Setting Powder

This Huda Beauty powder in the shade Ube Birthday Cake is a purple-pink shade that can be used all over the face to set makeup, or to add some color to your cheeks if it is built up on the skin. It can also be used as a blush topper. I found that using a thin layer worked best for me, and I could build it up if I needed more. I also preferred this on my cheeks other than under my eyes, only because of the shade. I would enjoy it more if it wasn’t scented and the cap was easier to close (it would screw back on unevenly sometimes). Overall it is a unique shade to have in your collection as a setting powder!

This was my very first powder and it was great. I have tan skin with a golden undertone and this color didn’t look ashy or grey in any way. If your foundation looks a bit yellow or if you (like me) use a bit too much color corrector, it softens the color and removes the yellow/ orange and just leaves your makeup looking lovely.

Love Huda’s formula, but purple powder isn’t for my skin((

My makeup looks so smooth. I usually have very bad creases underneath my eyes with other powders, but this is the only powder where it isn’t as bad. So blurring and I get compliments on how smooth my skin looks.

This is one of those products that is “overhyped” for a reason. It sets your makeup beautifully and it makes your makeup last all day. Leaves you creaseless and it takes your makeup to another level!

I need this forever

Oh - I’m not going to lie. While I love the color pink, I was certainly not sure this was going to be something I could put on my face…. But, I had bout this powder anyways and applied it to my daughter’s face and we were both shook. We both were die-hard Huda translucent powder fans, but this certainly takes the cake, so I bought my own. I’m 54. We cannot have this as a limited edition. It’s gorgeous.

Looks heavy on face.

Nice to have, but not a must have. Looks dry if you apply with anything but the lightest touch. I prefer the O/S in the pink shade, Also the packaging looks cute, but it’s difficult to get the top screws on correctly . top screwed

tried a mini size but they didn’t have it in sugar cookie :( but this was soooo good! it’s very soft and smells pretty

New color

I’m a big fan of this loose bake powder because it adds a nice color contour when I apply it under my eyes and on my tzone. If you like those areas highlighted I would highly recommend checking out this new color!

brown girl friendly!!

I used this setting powder three times since I received it and I absolutely love how it sets on my brown skin. It does not have flashback and it makes my skin look like a filter. I quite like how sleek the packaging is now. Huda you did it again!!
