My dermatologist recommended this product due to itchy and flaky scalp. I have used it twice and so far I enjoy it. It does not lather much, but it gets my scalp clean. The bottle does not come with a pump and it is expensive for how much product you get.

Life changing!

My only regret is that I didn’t buy this sooner! I have been thinking of purchasing for a while but recently had an eczema flare and panic purchased as I needed something without fragrance. This cleanses nicely but does not dry out my fine hair. My scalp feels great- no itching, and does not irritate my skin. Would highly recommend to anyone with eczema/rosacea/psoriasis etc!

My aveeno shampoo is way better!

The very next day of washing my hair with shampoo made my scalp hurt and itch and no volume whatsoever! I have fine long hair and made my hair thinner than my Aveeno shampoo Don’t recommend thickening shampoo

Holy grail!

Decided to try this since the shampoo from a popular brand beginning with “O” just didn’t seems to be cleaning my hair effectively. I was struggling with oily hair and a really dry scalp. This fixed the dry scalp after one

Game changer for me!

I have been using sulfate free shampoo for 2 years now. Wanted to try something that did not contain silicone. So my search led me to this. I am highly impressed and happy I tried this. Many reviews say how a lot of product was needed. I quite literally used a quarter sized amount. if you are emulsifying it and you are used to washing hair with a *true* sulfate free shampoo. There wont be any issue. Works as it should. There will be no foam, there might not even be much of a lather once you work it in. This is normal for a "clean shampoo". The scalp is still getting cleaned. This shampoo works wonders, and even more when used with the matching conditioner! I truly believe this doesn't have a scent. My hair type is thin hair, natural blonde and about 2 inches past the shoulder.

Must have!

I have only been using this product for a few months now and it’s making a huge difference! So many people are coming up to me and asking me if I dyed my hair and that it looks so shiny!

The only shampoo that doesn’t make my scalp itch

I searched for a shampoo for my itchy, dry scalp for almost a year. I got lucky when I finally found Be Gentle, Be Kind! It takes a couple washes for you to feel the difference but it’s amazing. My scalp no longer itches nor feel dry

Doesn't cleanse well

Did not work as an effective shampoo. This is a gentle shampoo but because it didn't cleanse well enough, it left the scalp itchy. It has minimal lather, and by the time you try and get it to your scalp, it doesn't feel like it's cleaning any buildup. Hair still felt greasy and looked greasy after washing. It just takes too much effort to work this into the scalp. Not worth it for the amount of product you need and the effort it takes to wash

watered down - not worth it

super watered down shampoo, i used 10-12 pumps in order to just cover my scalp and my hair is blonde and thin af. i don’t find it left my hair shinier or softer than a drugstore brand. not worth it.

Thanks for listening to us and fixing the cap! One of my favorite no frills fragrance free shampoos! Doesn’t trigger my Sebb dermatitis

Worth a try

This cleanses extremely well, works great on the scalp, but it did make my hair feel a bit stripped. The conditioner from this line did nourish it back so overall I’ll continue with this. Truly fragrance free, which is what I was really looking for, would continue to buy just for that reason alone.
