The hairdryer didn’t work upon arrival. I had to send it back for a replacement and Dyson has been slow to send a replacement and lacks communication along the way. I expected more from a well-know company for the cost of this item.

Game changer!

I had been debating for some time whether or not to buy this hair dryer due to the cost. But I finally took the plunge and I don't regret a single penny. This Dyson has not only cut my hair drying time in half, it helps with styling, too, saving me even more time. It comes beautifully packaged in a stylish box with room to store everything. The attachments are super useful - so far I've tried the diffuser to bring out my natural wave and the smoothing tool for a slick bob, both of which work very well. Wish I'd invested sooner!

Definitely up to expectations

I know how everyone talks about the coanda effect hair attachment (and it's awesome don't get me wrong), but I just want to say the diffuser attachment is excellent for drying the scalp.

Unsure if I am in love

I have had this for a few months now. Love the idea of cordless and great for travel. Love the result and is light to hold. I am however surprised as every-time I use it, it feels as though my hair is getting shredded and it pulls. I'm not sure what it is doing with my hair, perhaps the side holes are rubbing on my hair and damaging it?
