Apply morning and/or evening to clean and dry skin.
Apply locally in circular massaging motions, focusing on affected areas.
For even more effectiveness, discover the exclusive application method, specific to each area of the body, to increase the results:
- To tone the abdomen
Warm a small amount of the product in your hands and then apply it to the abdomen with the full hands in a clockwise circular motion (7 times)
- To lighten the abdomen
Continue with the same circular movement, just more localised: above the navel, then to the left, down and to the right. Finish at the solar plexus, in the pit of the stomach.
- To drain the waist
With hands on the waist and thumbs behind the back, make small circles around the kidneys by pressing with the thumbs.
- To reshape the waist

Good smell cream with nice texture.

It's a good cream, but did not see anything different from other creams. Not sure if it works as a super restorative cream. I used two months only, maybe it takes more longer time to see a result, but from my prospective it did not worth that money.
