Disappointed

I couldn’t even get it to work. It was so dry. I was super disappointed. 

Dries up & becomes like crumbly chaulk in no time

Out of the box on Day 1, this product is amazing. It only goes downhill after that. It typically takes me longer than a few months to use up an entire eye liner. This has so very little product inside of it, I was done in a few weeks. And don't think you can twist it out to see how much you have left because then you can't get it back inside the pencil holder. It's soft like butter when you start using it. The pencil quickly dries up, doesn't glide over your skin and leaves crumbs as you try to apply. You'll be lucky if the eyeliner doesn't break out of the container and just fall out in chunks. ANY brand is better than this stuff!

Love the Color, but Super Fragile + Prone to Break

Love the color and how easily it is to apply, but it’s soo fragile. I’ve bought this liner in several colors but each time, 25% or more has broken off (and it’s not like I’m rolling out the whole stick so it’s fragile, it just breaks off with normal use). I’ve bought it several times because I love the color and can’t find one exactly like it, but sadly don’t think I’ll be buying another one because each time, it leaves me frustrated and spending more money to replace.

my holy grail! will repurchase over and over!

This liner DOES NOT BUDGE!! I have oily hooded lids and everything transfers, but not this! This is my new holy grail. I never thought I would find something that actually doesn't transfer -- even after a 12-hr shift. I also have the green and it's also great! FYI If you want to smudge it, you need to work fast before it sets down but it still smudges, though this is not a formula I use if I want a very smudged look. It sets pretty quickly.)

After using this product, it barely shows up on your eye line. It doesn’t glide on easily and I wouldn’t recommend this color. Love the black and grey shimmer.

Waste of money

If I could go for no stars, I would. Utterly disappointing. First use and the product literally slipped completely out of the pencil as soon as I turned it upside down to use on my eye lid.

Terrible

I found it really annoying to use and it would pull on my eyelids whenever I tried applying it. It would not twist down so if you twisted too much, it would break after putting the lid back on. Will not be repurchasing.

This wouldn’t turn after a single use. Do not recommend.

Not the best

I had to purchase this twice. I hate that I’m just now reading the reviews because both were dry, crumbly, and broke after less than 10 uses. I was so disappointed,

I tried!

I really love my Lady Lagoon liner for the waterline, so I tried Cuz I'm Black. This was my second attempt. The first one broke after just a few uses! This new one never softened up enough to use on my waterline, no matter what I did. Moving on from these.

Don’t Buy

This is the worst and probably one of the most expensive liners I wasted my money on. The liner once twisted cannot be retracted! Totally flawed. Then you only get about an inch of liner and that’s it! DON’T BUY!

UGH! So disappointed.

I wanted to love this product SO much. I tried this on my in the store and the colour was so rich and it stayed when I rubbed the liner. Here comes the 'but' BUT it dried out quickly. I noticed that the colour wasn't as rich after a few applications. I applied it on my hand and it was so dry.
