Pump Is Awful

I like the moisturizer overall but the pump is absolutely horrible that it deserves a one-star rating. The second time ever using this product and I can barely get any product out. Even when you take off the pump, the narrow opening of the container and the thickness of the product doesn't allow any easy access. Poor, poor design for such an expensive product.

Overall, I love the mask and I got it after loving the trial. The skin feels very hydrated. However, the pump/packaging is absolutely awful. The pump doesn't get everything out and opening is tiny and I still have 2/3 of the product use but can barely get it. I would not repurchase unless the pump is changed.

I love this mask, but please fix the pump! I have bought this product multiple times and the pump constantly breaks. It would rate it higher if I didn’t constantly have to open the pump to get to my product.

Does nothing and pills off

This does absolutely nothing. Like just nothing. It didn’t give me a bad reaction OR hydrate the skin. It sits on top of the skin and pills like crazy if you touch your face at all. For the price there are other products that would be more effective

I love this mask. I wish it had a refillable option, so there's not so much plastic waste.

Good for Dryness and Dullness

Feels thicker than their other moisturizers, but still absorbing enough that you could put a full face of makeup on top of it and not feel like its too much. If you’re looking for something to lock in moisture then this probably isn’t it, unless your skin is on the oilier side – good for summer though. Did not help with uneven texture or loss of firmness and elasticity, but did help with dryness and dullness. A little goes a long way, this product has been on my shelf for over three months now, granted I only use it every few days.

If you want hydrating skin get this!

This mask is amazing! I love to use it as an overnight hydrating mask and also after I go workout to bring the hydration back! I think the price is a lot and I feel like it runs out easily.  

Would not repurchase

So I had this as a sample and loved it. Just received my bottle and it doesn't feel the same on my skin. The worst part, though, is the pump broke on my third use. Storing it upside down and shaking it doesn't work well as it's thick. The opening is tiny so using a chopstick. Hard to tell how many pumps using a chopstick. Would not repurchase.

The Greatest!

LOVE LOVE LOVE this overnight mask!!! I literally wake up with a brand new face every single time I use it. Once or twice a week for me & 2-3 pumps is plenty. Highly recommend!

average hydration and pills

I thought this was a very average sleeping mask for my combo skin. In the morning, it pilled really badly, so expect to wash your face. Even if it was 50% off, I'd still skip repurchasing because there are better overnight masks out there. (Minus another star for the price.)

Great product, bad packaging.

I have no complaints about the product itself, it's amazing and really hydrating! However, I'm very disappointed in the packaging. The pump doesn't work and the opening under the cap is so tiny, any effort to get product out is nearly impossible. I now have to store it upside down, so I can shake the product out when I use it. Not such a big deal for me, as I only use it 2x/week, but it would be if I used it more often. I would hesitate to buy it again, if the packaging is the same.

Just okay

It’s okay, that’s really it. It felt nice going on but I didn’t see an improvement in my skin. You can find something way cheaper that’s more effective. The bottle is big and makes it look like there’s more product than there really is.
