I applied it once a day at night before bed. Gave me a bunch of bumps on my forehead. Other than that undesirable side effect, it spreads very easily, doesn't pill up or flake, no residue or film left behind, no stickiness. Has velvet smooth feeling on skin.

best serum I've ever used !

I received this as a sample , and even the sample size was impressive . it went on so nicely ,wasn't heavy or greasy AT ALL! I was so impressed. I have nothing negative to say about this product. I also have very sensitive skin and this product was so gentle my skin didn't have any negative reaction.

If you have sensitive skin…careful

(I posted this review on IT cosmetics website and provided pictures of my chemical burns, and they denied posting it) Be so careful if you have sensitive skin I am no amateur when it comes to Retinol. I take very good care of my skin and have a strict skin cycling skincare regimen (exfoliate one night, retinol next night, repair following 1-2 nights, repeat). I received this as a sample and LOVED it. I personally love the smell, I’m not sure what people are talking about there! Then one time I used it I got a very bad chemical burn. Bummer. I know how retinols go though so I reduced this retinol to once a week, still to much. Reduced to bi-weekly, still too much. I’ve been off and on using it bi weekly and diluting it with hylauronic acid. I believe it’s time to give up on this product and accept it’s not for me. Pictures are from my last go of this product, trialing over 4 months. Love all their other products though.

This is it for me, my skin craves this stuff. It keeps my skin clear and my wrinkles calmed down. I normally use it at night, but if I’ve been bad about washing my face before bed, putting it on in the morning before makeup is no big deal! My makeup still sits flawlessly on my face.

Worked well. The retinol was gentle on my skin. The packaging is interesting. At one point no product was coming out and I thought it was done. But then a few pumps later more product came out. So it’s hard to know when it’s finished. But I do like the individually metered doses that come out with this style of packaging. Just takes a bit of getting used to.

This Works!!!

This product actually works. The smell is light and smells wonderful!! I don’t know why people are saying the smell bothers them. I have very sensitive skin, and this doesn’t irritate my skin at all. This actually does what it says it does. It makes my face baby soft, and I have noticed my wrinkles are almost gone!!! I absolutely love this stuff!! I just purchased my third jar, and I just love the results I’m seeing!! I would definitely recommend to a friend! It is a little pricey but no more pricey than any other good skin care product. It is definitely worth the money because it actually works! Try it & I bet you will be hooked like me. I have also noticed that my dark patches on my face are much less noticeable. I have not received any promotions or free product. I purchased this full price.

Worth it

This smells amazing, lasts a long time and works like the seemingly fake before and after images claim it does. I wish there was a fragrance for it, it’s one if the nicest smelling face cremes ever used second only to Estée lauders daywear eye creme. It’s expensive and a good value. I’ve tried a lot of skincare and found this really works

BEWARE SENSITIVE SKIN

I really wanted to love this retinol serum since i love and use other IT products. Unfortunately it dried my face to the point where my skin around my mouth and my nose has started to peel after only one use. I applied it right before bed and followed with my usual moisturizer. The day after my face was red and my skin felt like it had been burned, maybe because of the mix of retinol and fragrance in this product. I do not recommend if you have sensitive skin.
