Not working “reset” error on screen and no fix
Bought this 2 weeks ago. Went to use it and not working. Error on screen “reset”. Didn’t even work once. Planning on returning it now, not satisfied with the quality of the product. Saw on reddit a lot of people having the same issue.

Disappointing
Refund please. So disappointing. Yeah is straightens but it’s damaging and my hair looks light that of a scarecrow
