pros and cons

I have been using this for about two moths along with the ordinary Glucoside Foaming Cleanser and my skin has never been any better! i have acne prone skin and these two cleared my skin so much and i have been getting so many compliments about my skin recently! But one thing about it is that it feels kinda tight on my skin and doesn't feel super hydrating but overall i think its a good product

A very good product of little expense

This is great for combo skin. I bought this for my daughter but I've used it too, over the last few days. My skin really feels soft and hydrated each time!

Brilliant Body Moisturizer and Hand Cream

We buy this in multiples to use as a body moisturizer, and hand cream after bathing at our house. I would use sparingly on damp skin if using it for the face. No scent, no weird reactions, the price is very comparable to dry-climate body moisturizers from good brands so it doesn't feel too splurgy. We tried the Phyto-Ceramides version as well but it leaves a residue I wasn't keen on.

Not for tretinoin.

Very nice thick cream. Because of the citric acid I only use this on the nights I use saylic acid because they work well together. Don't mix with tretinoin, it's just way too harsh. This product will cause your skin to purge at first because it's an acid. The purging can last up to a month. I have very oily acne prone skin.

Best Moisturizer I have Ever Used

This is the best moisturizer I have ever used. I cannot stand the feeling of moisturizer and lotion on my face, it feels like my skin is oily and not clean but this moisturizer absorbs instantly and feels like I have no product on my skin while doing an amazing with moisturizing the skin.

I loved this as a facial moisturizer! It didn’t break out my skin and was very lightweight. It doesn’t have any weird smells to it. I like the price point as well. I feel like The ordinary makes good quality products with limited ingredients.

Not for me, but maybe for you?

This is a pass for me but I think others would like it, so I gave it three stars. I have oily skin so this just felt kinda gross on me. Too heavy or greasy, somewhere in between that. But I think this might be great for dry skinned girlies. Plus the pricetag is nice. But if you are oily, you might want to reconsider.

Great moisturizer but heavier

This product is amazing. You definitely have to use less than you usually would since its a thicker formula but once you work it in it is so nice. Would recommend but its just something to get used it- plus when you use less it makes the product last longer.

I was so excited to try this product because it was super trendy and seemed good. But I was wrong. It says it was lightweight but it is the heaviest moisturizer ever, it made me break out on my forehead, and it smells a bit weird.

Great price point and great product. Is a heavier cream- so would only recommend to those with dry or combination skin.
