A makeup artist trick for bigger, brighter eyes, the twist-up creamy-gel eyeliner glides on smoothly and neutralizes the inner rim with long-wearing, matte nude pigment that’s enriched with aloe and antioxidants. You can also brighten up the inner corners of the eyes and brow bone. Then blend your look using the built-in smudger to finish your look.

Apply to the inner edge of the eye and the inner corner of the eye to wake up your gaze.

Can also be used to sculpt and outline the eyebrow for a balanced dimension and a youthful, radiant look. Use the included smudger to soften and blend.

For a more dramatic effect, use with the kitten eyeliner, applying the black liner to the upper and lower lash line. On the bottom line, blend the edges with your highlighter for a totally natural look.

This liner goes on really smooth and pigmented. It just doesn't last more than 2 hours for me in the waterline.

Hello bright eyes
